Don't get sick if you have the high deductible plan! Ideal for new hires who never go to the doctor, start looking for a job with real benefits once you grow up.

Gets worse every year. NI will immediately jump ship like a coward to not offering health insurance once another company blazes that trail. They do not want to spend money on your health for the sake of doing so, see the penalty you have to pay if you spouse has the option of any (even horrible) coverage and you elect to keep them on NI's insurance. Doesn't cost them any more but they will absolutely go for the cash grab because it isn't the employee's health they care about, just $ to plow into the dividend.
