standard contribution - nothing special about the plan

Very good. They matched the first 3 % at 100% and the second 3 % at 50%. So if you contribute 6%, you get the equiv of 4.5% matched. They offer excellent salaries so , for me, contributing 6% to 401k was not hard to do.
