Greate level of benefit coverage. small copays. However they do have some stupid wellness benefits that are worthless but you get charged for it. Your share of the premiums is something like 35%. When I checked COBRA after a layoff, for premium for a family was like $900. So if you work there, you pays a couple hunder each paycheck.
