Used to have group life policy, but no longer employer paid. Voluntary life policy is good for younger folks, but can get expensive as you age - Pretty standard though.

Group life paid by company but that's only to cover the company. The EEs family would never actually see pay out. The company keeps it to cover costs of replacing the EE.
