There is a "no deductible" plan, there is no "copay" plan. You get to pick from a low, medium, high plan and every single one is expensive per month. And if that's not expensive it's still paying after you max out of pocket. If you are a family, each of you have to max-out on the individual part and still have to max out on the family part and by the end of it you still have to continue to pay out of pocket. If you have a baby and have to do the wellness checks expect to pay thousands in the first few years because of these insurance plans. I can't remember a time when I wasn't paying a medical bill every single month.

Does not offer a "no deductible" plan. Only a "high", "mid", and "lower mid" (called "low", but not "low") plans. The lower deductible plans get rather expensive. Does not offer HSA deposits, so you're on your own with that deductible.

The health insurance is competitive, but not as generous as some of the other aerospace contractors
