Managers nominate employees (team members) who go 'above and beyond' for bonus payments tied to key milestone events. It's nice when your hard work towards a specific achievement is acknowledged, even if the amount is small.
The annual performance award 'earned' (a fixed salary %) for EVERYONE is a good thing too, if it's still offered.

Performance bonus are a joke, they're rigged. Also they're not performance bonuses but cost of living allowances, and they really don't even cover that.
