Good managers and experienced peers usually guide newer employees (depends on the area & people); some formal mentorships are offered to interested parties. I believe summer intern and new hire efforts were going strongly before COVID hit, but the world has changed.
Does today's workforce expect 'too much too soon' and leave for supposedly 'greener grass' before they even learn what the job/career demands of and offers to them?

As a contractor, I did not receive benefits through Northrop Grumman.
