They match 50% of 401k up to 6% contributed; the 401k is vested through Fidelity.

There's a small match which is good.

It is wonderful to be able to contribute to a 401k, however, the company does not match very much. My previous job in retail matched 100% up to 6%, and OSV matches only 25% up to 6% which is a significant difference. It would be nice if they matched a higher percentage, but at the same time I appreciate that they match at all, some is better than none!
