I work from home mostly, and travel to corporate every now and then (less than once a month) to meet with the team.

Flexible work from home since COVID

Salary employees do have the option to work from home on certain circumstances; managers are generally really good about being flexible. Other positions get to work from home up to 3 days a week

The WFH varies by manager, which lends itself to issues. Some people work from home due to the lack of office space currently.

Once you've completed a full life-cycle deployment, you can work with your Manager to designate 2-3 work from home days in a given week. You must come into the office for weekly team meetings and during initial ramp up.

I do not personally work from home but it is great to have that as an option. We are able to have a large number of employees working remotely who are able to easily log on to our system and communicate with us as if they were at a desk in the same building! It is nice to know that could be an option for me in the future.
