What a joke, their training was rushed, not much explained and tools that were archaic and easily broken. Either tools wouldn't load properly and it would take an act of God to get working if I were lucky. Or their tools just crashing, such as the phone and vpn. The other remote desktop was so lagged that you always had issues.

They barely give you training time, and also they don't give you all the information you need to know. Some trainers were not up to date with all the changes that would happen on weekly basis.

My initial training experience was horrible. We had only two days out of the week of training and the instructor did not show up for the second day. We were told it would be a few days before we were put on the phones but magically they were slammed and we were thrown out early to sink or swim. Having to ask supervisors questions while we tried to hide our ignorance from customers.
