Poor service and you feel isolated and half the time the connection to their servers is unstable. This is not my service provider but the fault of their Network Administration's lack of support to the agents and running backups and taking their AS-400 system down for maintenance during call high-volume times!

I would have to say that next to the awesome people I get to work with, working from home is the best part of this job.

Things are confusing. Training is subpar. Did NOT prepare me for the job. Must spend TONS of time looking through resources outside of work to get a basic understanding.

High expectations, high stress, decent people. You're working a low-paying, dead-end, entry level position; as long as you can accept that, you'll do fine.

The tools are very old and constnatly breaking, policies are changed and new things are to be learned while you're ON THE PHONE with customers, they do not provide any ongoing training, and the negative impact this may have on your performance stats is not considered.
