This is a frustrating thing as the company is HIGHLY profitable yet the bonuses are low or non-existent at least for those on the bottom of the ladder. Executives get huge bonuses.

Due to non-existing pay raises, performance bonus has to make up for it, which is about 10% or so, depending on your grade.
