401K from Oracle is ok

Nothing special compared to other places

Meh it’s ok 6% match

Basic plan, not much different

401k typical for the industry.

matching is not great and vests only after 4 years at oracle

plan has different options for investment

3% standard, wish it was 6%

Contributes 50% for the first 6% I save. This is not a great contribution in my opinion but it helps. I find it ironic that Oracle offers services through the 401k administrator to assess if you saved enough for retirement.
