Great plan, great investment options.

Best thing about the 401(k) is choice of investments - Vanguard funds at institutional-class expense ratios (e.g. 0.05%) and a brokerage account option. Worst thing is 4-year vesting of matching, and even then, matching is only up to 3%, and only then if you contribute twice that (6% or more).

It is a great match

Matches up a specific % of contributions made to the 401k. No minimum contribution is made on the employee behalf or required contribution minimum.

The 401k plan has many funds to choose from, it is simple to change the contribution amount, and the company matches your contribution up to 6%. Pretty standard, but good.

Contribution matching is good, not great, not bad. The selection of investments is pretty good, although I always would like more. Using Fidelity is great.
