There is no paid leave. If you opt into their disability insurance (before you get pregnant) a mother who gives birth can get paid 6-8 weeks. The outside company that manages this benefit is horrible to work with and they have little knowledge of specific state laws regarding leave time. You must do the research to make sure you get the time legally allowed to you.
