Lots of options between PPO and HMO - however the coverage is not great and its difficult to understand from the information provided.

Monthly cost for the Kaiser plan in Colorado Springs runs a little over $600 per month. Very comprehensive coverage. $10 doctor visit, $20 specialty doctor visit, most drugs are a $5 copay. There are several other health vendors offered so the choices are pretty broad.
