It rocks. They give you an amount of money to spend call it $500 on monthly insurance, then as you make selections Healthcare, Eye Care, Life insurance it deducts from that amount. However, if your young and dont need a family of four on your insurance then you will be left with money each month which is nice.

They don't offer coverage for the provider I've used for over 20 years through prior employers. I've had to switch to a different doctor, which is disappointing since I really liked my previous doctor.
