Low costs when you have to pay for prescriptions, see specialists, go to the emergency room etc. Compared to other places I have had insurance they do not even come close to comparing.

Oracle offers good benefits but cost does go up each year which is probably standard. Raises are not consistent so overtime "good benefits" lose their value.
