best thing is the boring but definitely important stuff - health insurance is top notch, matching is the highest I’ve experienced, optional employee stock plans (given performance this year)
worst is the lack of other day to day, fun benefits like lunch, snacks, expenses flexibility, subsidies for wfh offices or well-being funds. public company is different than private for sure
