18 days is the maximum you can accrue in a year. After 30+ years of service that's still all I get per year.

Very flexible as long as you are not part of Customer Support. The support center is 24/7 so they always need coverage. They rotate holidays and weekends. However, if you are not in support, then you'll be able to have off for all major holidays and take vacation as needed.

You could accrue up to 23 days and they did not expire. The only reason I mark it 3 stars instead of 5 is because I often had to bring my laptop with me when I would actually take vacation days "just in case." Also, I remember being told that I they wanted me to use my days because unused days were considered "liability" (as they would pay you for your vacation days when you left the company) against the department budget, but then they made it difficult for me to take too much time off in a row because of their quarterly structure.
