Advisor Group is a company of high-performing teams and individuals. We know that fostering that high-performance culture must be balanced by time away from the office: we provide several paid days off programs, including 20 days of PTO/paid time off for new hires, plus 5 days of Paid Sick Time, plus 9 Company-paid holidays, plus 2 Volunteer Days. As you can see it is much more than PTO only.
