Most managers very nice and doesn't expect you to work fast and interact with customers at first, other managers are very rude and expect you to be used to working fast on your 1st and 2nd day and nit pick every little thing you do.

Training is training. You learn best when you’re on your own.

You get thrown into the line very fast after learning the basics. Easy to get a hang of.
