Most managers very nice and doesn't expect you to work fast and interact with customers at first, other managers are very rude and expect you to be used to working fast on your 1st and 2nd day and nit pick every little thing you do.

Very straight forward and creative. I enjoy the fast pace and welcoming environment I was put into when starting out.
