Diversity Programs

We are committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity amongst our workforce. Our aim is that our employees will be truly representative of all sections of society where each person feels respected. We have a number of diversity programsthat include our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) network, called PayPal Pride, and the Women’s Initiative Network. The latter program aims to support women in building lasting, successful careers at PayPal.
