Yes just normal nothing crazy here. very supportive in my case but Im guessing it is manager dependant

The manager is very accommondating on setting time off for sick

Unlimited PTO which includes sick days

Very flexible scheduling in my role plus unlimitedp TO.

The PSL rolls over which is nice.

Very good now that we have them again. They took them away when the company was only a few years old, but now we have had them back for several years. There are restrictions however. Like the first part of your sick leave has to be a minimum of 60 minutes. Which I guess means you can't leave 30 minutes early at the end of your shift if you are not feeling well. PayPal has always been strange about unscheduled time off. They seem to regard it as punitive if not taken exactly the way they designate, which I find odd, as they are a very generous company otherwise and are very into "keeping it human."
