Sick Leave

Just like PTO, we get multiple sick days that can be used for doctor's appointments, etc. as well.

You get 2 sick days. Don't be sick. Haha. This is good if you're generally healthy, with fortunately with the health insurance, you should be able to see a virtual doctor in case you're sick at work and they can tell you if you're contagious or not. If you have kids though, well, hope you have a back up plan for when they are sick!

You get 5 sick days

Sick time can be used at your discretion and does not require a doctor's note each visit or appt.

Sick time available and given each year.
