They offer few benefits but many perks. The benefits are mostly additional coverages, such as hospital indemnity. You can purchase Peloton clothing, bikes, or treads for a discounted price. There are employee resource groups that will allow you an opportunity to network. However, attending these events can be difficult since your attendance is based on workload. Since this is a new office, we don't have coverage for everyone to attend these events.
