It's a real basic package but theres a lot of programs and incentives that comes with the insurance which is nice.

The whole system is self paced and online in computer system. Takes time to navigate the many menus and many layers of subscreens to complete. Call are handled by off site staff in the Philippines.

Re-enrollment seamless. Lots of doctors to choose from and helpful 800 numbers when needed. Enjoy the find doctor in network feature and video nurse.
