if you have an exceptional RSR who is willing to be a mentor to you, great. there are employees there who have 20 years or more and really don't want to take the extra time to help someone out.

Organization is working harder to improve formal training and has made great progress. The culture has been a learn on the job environment - which I think is far more beneficial than a classroom. PepsiCo is the classroom and the business is the greatest teacher.
