Free money I guess, can't beat that. I would prefer a robust 401k with match that I can pour my own money in as well though. This here is nothing to retire on.

They are trying to get rid of the older more experienced workers who still covered under the pension plan in order to cut costs. they only match 401k's with 50%.

I still have the company's hourly Pension retirement plan and it's great. There new plan is a 401k with a 2% match.
