Depending on the role of course but I can work from home pretty much anytime I need to. As mentioned above culture is focused on delivery so if you deliver and attend meeting by phone at least then working from home is definitely possible.

Pro: Culture focuses on delivery--excellent outcomes and team delivery. If you need to be home, expected you're on a call but fine that you are.
