I pay $200 per pay for 80% coverage after a $3000 deductible. Until you meet the $7500 max out of pocket this insurance is very expensive. The plan I am on does allocate $1200 per year into an HSA and you have the option of pre tax contributions to the HSA. Do your research before accepting a position if you need to use your insurance!
