It depends on which team you are on, requesting more than a week of PTO can be challenging even though it’s an unlimited PTO policy

Thanks for your input, but looks like the details are flipped in your response. For non-exempt employees, we offer 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per year, with additional days granted based on years of service. For exempt employees, we provide Flexible Time Off (FTO), allowing you to take time as needed, in addition to a separate annual sick time allocation.
