It is an awesome package, they really care about their employees. Additionally, they offer a more than fair number of sick and vacation days.

The benefits are 100% paid for as far as health goes. The dental and vision re so so and you do have to pay into them. They have a 0% 401K match

Great that they offer so many benefits with multiple options! I do wish that vision was a little bit better value, but it's not the worst out there by any means.

Best - Insurance coverage is a huge plus. Worst - not much flexibility for working from home.
