Plans have high deductibles and make managing healthcare costs a nightmare. FSA and HSA helps a little, but hardly solve the problem.

To be honest its one of the best Benefits compared to others. Kaiser, low premiums (heavily subsidized through the Company) Its basically the top Kaiser option (little to no copays)
