Job Training

3 months paid training. This is before you take a call. After you are in our Academy stage which is closely monitored. This makes sure your meeting the company's standards. Can last 3 month's as well.

Job training can be hit or miss based on volume at time of hire otherwise great training provided

Have an entire department dedicated to training materials. Can sign up for classroom courses taught by a professional in the material. Can also expense online training materials through the company.

They truly give you the training needed to succeed at your job. Over the years I have tried other positions as a loan in to see if it would be a good fit. And each time the training has never given me the feeling of not knowing what was expected of me

The trainers have all been there for 10+ plus years. They act like the own the place. Talk to you like you're 10 years old. They are watching everything you do and will report it. They smile and laugh at your jokes and then report it.

They have decent training. It is entirely subjective to your trainer or coach when you can graduate.
