This is pretty standard, every 5 years or so you get an additional amount of days added, and you will accrue 18 days over the first year

You can earn a lot of time off and carry over hours each year. Plus Progressive pays you for unused time if you quit

Not the easiest to get time off unless you know in advance. Vacation and sick Time is lumped into one pool so you have to save days in case you need a day off if you are sick or have an emergency. If you don't have time left and need a day off it counts against you at shift bid.

Immediately begin earning paid time off; increased time off based on tenure; up to 3.5 weeks earned time off the first year (includes vacation and sick time)

I like seeing how much time earned and watching it roll over to the next year if not used and knowing that you gain more time off with tenure.

No unpaid time off which issues arise.
