Since I've worked here for more than 5 years, I get 8 hours of PTO added to my balance every 2 weeks.

Earned every pay period, can be used anytime for the most part, and goes through an automated system for approval, so no manager or supervisor can use it as leverage or to try to control you, as I unfortunately had happen at a prior job. Love working for Progressive!

You start to earn time off as soon as you start working at Progressive. You obtain a total of 3 weeks time off within your first year.
