They offer a 3% full match. then they give and additional 2% 50% match which is amazing!

There is no time before vesting so that’s nice .

If there is a worst about an employer matching program is that they do not match up to ten percent.

They will match up to a certain percent.

3% match isn't great.

401k plan is standard with enough options for most people. Match is vested immediately.

Average 401 k, Progressive Leasing offers 401 k or Roth IRA and it is fully vested, they will match up to 5% of one, not both. I would like to see them increase the match to 6% but hey, at least 401 k is an option here if you want it.
