Great thing you don't have to commute, but you need to accomodate timezones

The best thing about it is it is saving me a great deal of time and money. I used to commute to the office which took 3 hours a day. The cost of the bridge toll is now $9. So it's a huge savings. The worst thing is that there is a lack of camaraderie now, and dealing with people in very different time zones for meetings etc. There is definitely something to be said for sharing the workday with people who root for the same teams, complain about the same weather, and get to bond over water cooler chats.

It's a completely remote work company so working from home is especially easy since everyone is doing it. It can lead to a feeling of isolation because a large number of roles at PMI require travel where you see other employees. If you're not in one of those roles, it can be isolating and the people who do travel frequently often have more face time, career opportunities, and build their own network.
