Good retirement investment options. Have to be careful though as the company will put your retirement investment into Prudential stocks if not directed.

Retirement benefits can be very good at higher production levels. Includes 401K match and pension at all levels

Good matching. They run their own plan and know how to do it.

Managed by Pru Retirement, it's a descent plan. The funds aren't the greatest, but we get 4% match, and still have a cash balance plan.

It's pretty good, though the maximum match percent (currently 4%) could certainly be better (husband's company does 8, my previous employer did 5, his previous did 10). It seems 4 is the lowest most companies go, so Pru could definitely do better here. Employee stock purchase plan is good, though the administrators (currently, Etrade) don't help Pru out by not allowing access to accounts for at least 6 months after sign up, so employees cannot follow activity, know what has been purchased, at what price, etc, for at least 2, if not 3, purchase cycles. This would be an easy fix with vendor coordination.

Company matches 401k contributions and provides a pension

Everything is great about the plan EXCEPT that you don't get a matching contribution for 1 year and your match doesn't vest for 3 years.
