Disability Insurance

I don't remember much about the Disability Insurance policy. From what I recall, it was on par with other consulting companies. Also, I had supplemental disability insurance, so I wasn't as concerned with this benefit.

This is a good feature they offer.

Short-Term Disability will cover you at your full salary for up to 6 months depending on your length of service. Long-Term Disability will pick up after that but not for your full salary. As long as you are officially on Disability, you can step back to your old, or a similar, job.
