Very good diversity program. PwC was very good about bringing in folks with different skillsets and backgrounds. They should really keep up the good work.

Excellent diversity program, a dedicated diversity and inclusion practice, and social/team building options built around diversity and outside events in your region. Bigger cities tend to have more established and active diversity groups, though.

I see that we have a pretty diverse group of people across race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. It's not just "talk", PwC takes action on it.

PwC is really focused on promoting diversity right now and are doing a lot publicly and socially to express that. However, they still have a lot of work to do to stop the prevalent unconscious bias that exists between leadership/staff of certain genders and ethnic groups.

so heavily geared to diversity hires, would suggest re-thinking maybe another firm if you are not one and want to be on partner track.

The best thing about this program is that it exists. The worse aspect is that interns in the Diversity Program do not get substantial technical training, responsibilities, or work.

Firm is really trying to be very diverse and inclusive.
