It covers all of my medical expenses pretty much always. For less routine stuff, I have to pay a small fee, but there is a pretty low out-of-pocket maximum

Firm clearly pushing staff towards high deductible plan, which is very expensive. Low premium, but the fact that nothing is covered until you meet a high deductible (over $6K for a family) makes you feel you don't have insurance. Quite disappointing for the buying power it should command in the marketplace.
