Qulacomm population does not reflect the US popluation or even the local poplulation. Qualcomm hires many many poople from overseas. While this may be 'global' it does not bennifit the state and county that Qualcomm is located in.
Qualcomm does not hire enough women. Qualcomm does not have enough women in leadership positions.
