EPA is there to provide counselling on personal problems

They switched to on-line EAP. I used once. I sent my issues using their on-line form, thinking I'll be referred to a real therapist. Instead, I received an e-mail answer - like one of those generic answers you read on newspaper. They don't react unless you check "I'm suicidal"

Its good but their associates charge you more

They have a number you call call. As near as I can tell, mostly it helps you find in-plan doctors. The only time I called it they made an appointment to call me back two days later.

I don't know much but it seems good.

The company does a great job w.r.t. Employee Assistance Program.
