Great company with great benefits that provided very good training

You have almost no job training. It's shown to you on the day of your interview. You have to relay on handbook or other employees.

Many are not trained when hired. They are put on the job and told to work.

All training was done over the phone or via webcam meeting. We would all call a number and log into a website where we would watch a presentation and listen to the instructor over the phone. There were specific times when you could ask questions but the rest of the time you were to keep your phone on mute. If you had any questions after training you could sent an email to the instructor or your district manager. I picked up things very quickly because they were very straightforward but there were some people in the group who were clearly not doing very well with this type of instruction.

The trainer sent to me from out of state arrived on time and was very good at his job. He taught me so well I was working on my own the same day! Very good experience.

My district manager was very helpful during my training period. It was also paid training.
