They have a 3rd party website administering employee discounts. I've used it for buying appliances directly from GE for example and got a great deal (better than I could find otherwise). In other areas--like travel--I haven't been as lucky they were fake "deals" where I could find better online elsewhere. There are some Raytheon Employee Association locations on site where you can buy discount movie tickets, small stuff, etc. I also get a discount on my cell phone bill. So not a huge benefit, but there is some value.

Pretty standard. Cellular phone and some restaurants were good.

Not that many employee discounts to benefit

Most of the discounts are not that useful. The ones I have found of interest have been out of date for several years.

Most of the discounts are garbage -- free shipping and the like. We used to get 10% off Apple products and things like that -- but now it's not worth the trip to the web site. The new car programs are OK, but nothing you can't get on your own with a simple internet search.
