All US Rackers recieve 40 hrs volunteer time.

40 hours of Volunteer time off. It used to be if you earned a sabbatical after 7 years, you could have an opportunity to work volunteer for a month if working for a valid charity or non-profit in addition to another month, which you were able to use Paid Time Off (two months away). Not sure if this program still exists.
