I personally don't like to work from home so I don't often use this benefit but several coworkers are 100% work from home and Rackspace accommodates those employees to the fullest including help paying for internet/office supplies etc.

I was "grandfathered" into working from home, but even then most managers there are NOT equipped to work with remote employees. Depending on your manager, you can go from being derided and spoken about negatively to your peers, forced to cover your entire team alone during team outings, or outright ignored during weekly team meetings; to being deeply included in team functions - both virtual and in-person, as well as having check-ups, 1-on-1's, and chat throughout the day with your manager and team.
If you're being hired remotely, do expect to be told eventually that you MUST move to San Antonio to keep your job/be promoted/be included/etc. Keep proof of your quality work, as it's the only thing that will help stave off the terrible manager(s) you'll inevitably come across.
It's a complete mess.

For service continuity, frontline support roles are encouraged to have the ability to WFH. It is not precisely a benefit, but some employees abuse it.

Up to you and your manager to set. I have a good policy but I see others abuse it and It make me use this less.
