Although I have not had to use it and hope never to need it, it's comforting to know that Red Hat will provide full salary for a period of time in the event of disability or serious illness. This benefit is also clearly explained and colleagues I've talked to who have used this benefit indicated it was easy to access and a great benefit in periods of great stress and strain.
